increase your review count with Podium

Whether you send Podium review invites manually or through integration, you have the opportunity to follow up with any customers that were sent a review invite, but haven’t taken the time to review your business.

Time is of the essence when it comes to increasing your review invite conversion rate. That’s why Conceptual Minds recommends sending a review invite follow up message two days after sending the original review invite.

To start this process, navigate to the “Analytics” tab on your Podium dashboard and scroll down until you see the list of all your review invites. It looks like this:

From here, you will be able to see who has followed the link and who left a review based on the green checks in the boxes. (So for instance, Mark 925 did not follow the link. Whitney Test followed the link but did not leave a review)

Write down the name and phone number of anyone who was sent a review invite but did not leave a review then follow these 5 steps to send your customers a Review Invitation Reminder:

1) Go to the “Messenger” area of your dashboard.

2) Press the Blue pencil icon

3) Enter the customer’s name and phone number

4) Scroll down to the Templates area of your messages and choose the Review Invitation Reminder template:

5) Press Send
